Biography

Michael grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and obtained his undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida before returning to New England to attend Vermont Law School.  After law school, Michael moved to Florida and worked as a Trial Court Staff Attorney where he performed extensive legal research and drafted judicial orders and opinions for Circuit Court judges.  Michael practiced as a civil litigation associate with a law firm in Gainesville where he developed significant experience in many diverse areas of law including real property, commercial litigation, foreclosures, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters.
 
Michael joined Dell Graham in May 2010 and concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, commercial and general civil litigation, and insurance defense.  Michael and his wife, Emalee live in Gainesville with their son, Luke.  In his free time, Michael enjoys following New England sports, biking, hiking, and camping with his family.
