Biography

Prior to joining Dell Graham, Elizabeth served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida for Magistrate Judge Gary R. Jones, where she researched and interpreted federal and state law, prepared judicial opinions, and advised federal judges on issues before the Court.

Elizabeth currently represents hospitals, physicians, and governmental entities, primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, physician employment agreements and tort liability.

Elizabeth is also experienced in complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and has represented debtors and creditors in matters involving contracts, secured transactions, fraudulent and preferential transfers, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. Elizabeth’s insolvency experience includes the representation of chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, as well as debtors in chapter 11 reorganizations of publicly held companies.

Elizabeth and her husband, Matthew, reside in Gainesville.
