Biography

Prior to joining Dell Graham, Andrei has assisted the offices of the General Counsel and Legal Services of Shands Teaching Hospital and Clinics, Inc. While at Shands, he analyzed the impact of federal and state antifraud and abuse laws on business and commercial relationships, the effect of federal and state reimbursement policies on their operations and the relationship of state professional practice laws to proposed transactions.

Andrei currently responds to inquiries on operational issues involving medical director employment agreements, physician contracts, contracts for services and goods, patient rights, consents to treatment and regulatory compliance. In addition to the Juris Doctorate degree Andrei holds a graduate certificate in Health Care Risk Management. Andrei is also licensed by the Agency of Health Care Administration as a Licensed Health Care Risk Manager.

Andrei was born and raised in Izhevsk, Russia. Together with his wife, Amanda, they raise a beautiful daughter Elliana Marguerite. Away from the law practice, Andrei devotes his time to parenting with Amanda, playing tennis and traveling.
